What is paid search?
Paid search marketing is online advertising within the sponsored listings of a search engine results page e.g. Google, Bing, or a partner site. You don’t pay to list the ad, but instead pay each time your ad is clicked (pay-per-click (PPC) advertising) or when your ad is displayed (cost-per-impression (CPM) advertising). These ads generally appear above SEO search results.
